Programme Manager
Melina is responsible for the successful delivery of a wide portfolio of infrastructure programmes, including anticorruption and climate-resilient infrastructure initiatives. She oversees programme implementation, reporting and strategic planning to ensure quality programming and impact. She also contributes to business development by coordinating grant proposals, commercial bids and strategic partnerships.
Melina is an International Development practitioner, with varied experience that ranges from literacy, engineering education and youth development to gender, climate action and sustainable infrastructure programming in low-, lower-middle and middle-income countries, mostly within sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.
Originally from Argentina, Melina holds a BA in International Commerce from Universidad CAECE (First Class Honours) and a MSc in Latin American Development from King’s College London (First Class Honours), focusing on the intersection between gender, diversity and STEM for social change.
