CoST Technical Director

Evelyn is Technical Director for CoST – the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative, which is hosted by EAP. In this role she helps members and partners turn transparency tools and standards into practical solutions that safeguard infrastructure investments and strengthen sustainability and resilience.

Evelyn built more than 25 years of international programme leadership experience across governance, transparency, accountability, open government and citizen engagement, developing a strong ability to connect data, policy and implementation across different contexts.
