Megan Stacey-Edwards

Operations Officer

Megan is responsible for coordinating the internal operations of Engineers Against Poverty and CoST. Her role spans financial administration, contract and grant management, HR and ICT coordination, travel logistics, and event support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of organisational systems and processes. She works closely with colleagues and partners to support high-quality programme delivery across EAP and CoST’s global portfolio.

Megan brings extensive experience from the humanitarian and international development sector, having led and supported multi-country emergency and recovery programmes with REACT Disaster Response. Her work has spanned contexts including Ukraine, Türkiye–Syria, Morocco, Brazil, and the Caribbean, where she coordinated complex deployments, built strong partnerships, and embedded robust operational approaches in fast-paced environments. She previously worked with SEED Madagascar, supporting programme development, fundraising, and stakeholder accountability for projects in southern Madagascar.

She holds a First-Class BSc in International Disaster Management from Coventry University and has undertaken specialist training in MEAL and security risk management.
